The services we offer –

1. Assessment of the suitability of the processing unit as per HACCP standard & EU norms where product is to be sourced. Assessment of the financial ability & reliability of the Packer/Shipper/Exporter clients.

2. Formulating a standard quality and specification document laying down minimum requirements and standards , the Importing company expects.
3. Liaising with factory managers , QC Managers or owners to set down Importers standard quality and specification requirements.

4. In certain cases be in situ at the point of production to ensure products are produced to the Importer & the Importing Country standards.

5. To ensure that all fish being checked is of the specie contracted, of fresh quality, fish is not damaged, and also to ensure that the packing, labelling, freezing and storage temperature and size of the fish both in weight and length meets the agreed purchased contractual conditions. A complete organoleptic pre shipment inspection being carried out and on the basis of the inspection report & photos - prior approval of Importer is being taken before each & every shipment.

6. To ensure that during loading of any cargos that the cargo is stowed correctly, in a way that the cargo is loaded to maximise capacity and that every carton has the require label attached.

7. To ensure that the correct documentation is issued by the Shipper or Exporter.

If you intend to do regular volume business, we presume that you may need a representative here like us to look after your buying interest of quality cargo - The correct product at a correct price followed by a timely shipment. Thus in this regard , we would like to appeal to you to nominate us as your agent in India to look after your over all buying interest.

Towards accomplishing these services we charge a nominal agency commission with some minimum quantity commitment from your end.
