ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We would like to introduce you to American Pearl Caviar, Inc.
We have been in the American caviar business for over
40 years. Our caviar is always fresh and must be kept refrigerated.
We do not pasteurize.
It is low malossol and we routinely have it tested for the water phase
salt level.
We usually pack in 1 or 5 lb. plastic containers but we can pack to
your specifications. We also have tins.
Our company has 3 HACCP certified individuals on staff to
oversee all aspects of the processing and handling of our caviar.
We also have a retired FDA investigator on retainer to insure full
compliance with all HACCP rules and regulations.
