With the aim of black mussel /Mytilus Galloprovincialis Lam./ production, cutting-edge technologies have been introduced, approved on a world scale as the most effective ones with the highest quality characteristics. The equipment employed completely meets all European Union requirements, standards and directives.
  At present “Black Sea Shells” is continuing the expansion of the farm and modernization of the production process, with a view to obtaining a volume of over 3.500 tons annually.

The equipment employed has been entirely approved by the EU, and has been designed to obtain optimal effective production and unsurpassed quality.
Regular samplings of the mussels and the sea water are carried out in conformity with EU requirements.
Samples can be submitted on request, and a visit to the mussel farm can be arranged.
The company is currently undergoing a procedure to obtain certification as organic producer.
