Our fresh mussels are shipped out everyday. We require that our mussels are to be held in their Natural Environment until the orders are received. Only after receiving the order will the processing and packing begin. This practice gives our customers the Freshest Quality with minimum order lead time, allowing for the best product turnover they can have year round.

Confederation Cove Mussels has recently expanded our facility to do our frozen product on site.  As with our fresh product we can now process our frozen product from Boat to Box and insure that the job is done right by our experienced staff who know how to produce quality mussels for you.

Fresh Product:
Our product list consists of clean Debyssed Rope Cultured Mussels in a variety of pack sizes that include 1lb., 2 lb., 5 lb., 10 lb., and 25 lb. bags. These bags can be shipped in masters varying in size from 10 lbs. to 1000 lbs. per box.

Frozen Product:
Whole Cooked Mussels in shells that are quick frozen in convenient 1 lb. or 2 lb. boilable/microwaveable bags.

Value Added Product:
we are currently expanding into Map packaging with pack styles of 2 and 5 lb.
