ABOUT OUR COMPANY Daintree Saltwater Barramundi Pty Ltd has been trading for four years. We currently employ 4 people, and supply whole, chilled product to the market. We have the distinction of taking out both top awards (Champion Fish exhibit [plate size and large fish], 2 Gold Medals awarded) at the 2008 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. It was the first time that a Gold medal has been awarded to an entry in the 'Large Fish' category and the first time that a single farm has been awarded two top awards.
