ABOUT OUR COMPANY We are producer and exporter of fishery products located in Izmir, Turkey. We focus on farm-raised trouts, seabass and seabream; and we can supply these products in different varieties due to our customers demand such as whole gutted,descaled and de-boned with head or without head,just gutted with head or in fillet form.We use both individually quick freezing (IQF) method and block freezing method for the protection of the freshness. Our general sizes for sea bass and sea bream are 200-300 g ,300-400 g and 400-600 g for whole and gutted ones.Our sizes for sea bass and sea bream fillets are 40-70 g ,70-100 g ,and 100-140 g .For rainbow trout our general sizes are 180-200 g ,200-220 g ,220-240 g and 240-260 g.Also we can produce single and butterfly fillets by using 200 g and above sizes. We generally use 10 Kg carton box for the packaging but we can change it due to your demand.
