Established 1992 at Scrabster harbour.Caithness. Scotland
The main parts of the business are:
1/ Shellfish export- Winkles, Crab etc
2/ Retail Fish UK - Retail shops and vans direct to the public
3/ Wholesale Fish UK - Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Establishments
4/ Wholesale fish buying agents
5/ Owners & operators of Scottish Wild Salmon fishing station
Employing 7 staff directly & and 30 regular shellfish fishermen on a
self employed basis.
