ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Star Fish Exports is in the field of processing and exports
of fishery products from October 1994. We are located in Cochin (seafood
capital of India) having experienced staff and skilled workers to
generate quality products of international standard. We are exporting
both frozen and chilled fish and fishery products. Our company has
attained a remarkable position in the International Seafood market. We
purchase, process and export quality sea food. To ensure safety and
quality of products, the management is committed to implement and
maintain HACCP based system through out the process chain .The
processing activities are supervised by a team of professionally
qualified and well experienced personnel’s.
The total production capacity is 40.8 tons/day with 2plate freezers and
3 blast freezers. The storage capacity is 300 tons of frozen products.
We have well equipped laboratory for testing microbiological, physical
and chemical parameters of product. ( Both raw material frozen.).In
addition we also test our products sample in outside laboratories of
international repute.
Fresh Product:
We are regularly suppling fresh chilled items like king fish, reef cod,
black tiger, scampi, white prawns,Rohu, katla,perl spot, fish
fillets,and loins etc., by air to available destinations.

including Scampi, 3 Spot Crabs, Blue Swimming Crabs & Live Mud
