ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Adelaide Fish Processors located in the Central Fish Market is fully
accredited with HACCP facility.
We have to offer our full service contract processing facility, equipped
to handle your local needs.
We process and pack seafood to all specification.
Our facility offers the following,
- Commercial cryovac machine
- Blast freezing capacity
- Lge chiller holding area
Choice of product - fresh or frozen product can be supplied,
- whole
- gilled and gutted
- headed & gutted
- fillet (wing on, pin bone in, skin on)
Packaging
- Frozen product is packed in cartons
- Fresh packed in foam chill boxes with dry
chill
- H & G, fillet and loin are vacuum packed
Flexible to customer required.

Flathead, Barramundi, Snapper (Pink/Red/Saddletail/Crimson/Queen),
Kingfish, Garfish, Whiting (K.G./Silver), Redfish, Boarfish, Prawns
