ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are Ca Mau Seafood Processing & Service Joint Stock Corporation (
Cases ) is your trust worthy partner in supplying variety seafood
products. Our Company established in 1996. Our Company stays at Fishing
Port so the quality’s raw material is very fresh. Now we are processing
and suppliers of seafood products such as: Black Tiger, White, Pink,
Cattiger ( HOSO, HLSO, RPTO, CPTO, RPD, CPD, EZP, Nobashi…),Squid,
Octopus (Whole cleaned baby octopus and Cut ), Cuttlefish, Cut poul
Squid and Surimi ( Mix Surimi (GS: 100-200; 200-300; 300-500; 500-700;
700-900; 900-UP, Guchi Surimi ( 100%), Kintokidai Surimi (100%), Itoyori
Surimi (100%), Basa Surimi and Eso Surimi), ... Our capacity is
2,000-4,000 tons products finished/month and We are exporting to Japan,
USA, EU, Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and ThaiLand
market…
* SURIMI : We would like introduce something about it as belows :
* Mix surimi ( Gel strength 100-200; 200-300; 300-500; 500-700; 700-900)
: produced from all kinds of white meat fish such as Threadfin bream,
Silver croaker, Lizards fish, Red bigeyes, Lizards fish...
* Eso surimi( Gel strength 100-150) : mainly produced from Lizards
fish.
* Itoyori surimi 100% ( Gel strength 500-700, 700-900): produced from
Threadfin bream.
* Kintokidai Surimi 100% ( Gel strength 500-700, 700-900): produced from
Red bigeyes.
* Guchi Surimi 100% ( Gel strength 500-700, 700-900): produced from
Croaker.
* Basa Surimi 100% ( Gel strength 700-900, 900-Up): produced from
Pangasius Fish.
Ingredient:
- Sugar : 6%
- Sodium polyphotphate : 0.25%
* Moisture: ( 76% +/-1%)
* Whiteness : 45 - 75% ( According to every kinds Surimi )
* Quantity: 1,200-1,500 tons/month
* Packing: 10kg/Block x 2/CTN
