ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Captain's Choice Ltd, is located in Trinidad which is in the most
southern island of the Caribbean. Our company's focus is on the
development and manufacture of Seafood products targeted for the Fast
Food industry to develope consistency and taste, thus removing
operational hazzards. Our specific focus being Freezer to fryer products
(FTF). Our Clients include KFC, Long John Silver's, etc., to name a few.
We develop products for client's specific needs.
