ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Dharma Samudera's main facility is located in Kendari on the island
of Sulawesi, where 1000 employees process 40 metric tons of fresh fish
and other seafood daily. The fully integrated Kendari operation includes
all facilities required for the production of seafood, from harvesting
to export. Dharma Samudera's own fleet of well-equipped fishing boats
were manufactured at Kendari, which also boasts modern tender boats and
dry dock facilities. Dharma Samudera's other major processing plant in
Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, employs over 500 people and processes
35 metric tons of quality raw material daily.
All of our processing centers adhere to International standards of
hygiene and efficiency. Every phase of the processing operation: catch
receiving and selection, cleaning and cutting, freezing and packaging is
closely monitored for temperature control and cleanliness to ensure
freshness, nutritional value and free from contamination.
Products:
Indonesian frozen fish products such as Tuna, snapper, Grouper,
kingfish, barramundi, Octopus, cuttlefish.
we produce them in fillet, loin, steak, portion and also whole round.
Certifications:
Dharma Samudera is one of the first few Indonesian companies awarded
with the SGS Verification Certificate HACCP (Hazard Analysis and
Critical Check Point) from the United States and EEC (European Economic
Community). This international quality control certification opens all
international markets for our products and reflects our continuing
efforts to maintain the highest standards of workplace hygiene employee
training. Our plants are regularly inspected by International Food
Inspection Agency to assure the approved standard of producing quality
premium products. In addition, the Indonesian government has recognized
our performance by awarding us with the prestigious Primanyarta for
export achievements in four consecutive years. |
