ABOUT OUR COMPANY
I have been in the fish business for 35 years and opened Dirk's Fish
in 2003. We have been called "Chicago's Best" fish store by many local
publications. We specalize in cutting fresh whole fish to order,
producing our own added value products, soup, salads, etc. We also teach
classes and educate the public on all seafood issues, such as health and
sustainability.
