ABOUT OUR COMPANY
ANC is a Biotech company that develops natural solutions for many
industries. Typically we identify a market where our products are able
to replace less desirable chemicals currently used. An example in
shrimp processing is ORase SF for the replacement of Sodium Meta-Bisulfite
(A known allergen). We also have a number of natural solutions to
increase yields and optimize production of Oil Extracts and Protein
Meals.
Product:
ORase SF: Specialty anti-oxidant to retard the onset of Melanosis in
Shrimp. ORase SF provides and alternative to Sodium Meta-Bisulfite.
Hydroloc: A natural polysaccharide is specially manufactured for it’s
application in block freezing and IQF of shrimps to reduce the drip loss
during the thawing operation. Hydroloc binds to the protein and holds
water thus preventing drip loss of water during thawing.
Hydroloc NP: Is a blend of natural products and food grade salts to
replace STPP & phosphate blends for weight gain in uncooked shrimp.
Hydroloc CL: A natural polysaccharide is specially manufactured for it’s
application in cooking of shrimps for weight gain.
GlazEx: Is a mixture of Organic acids and Chelating agents which when
added to water, imparts elastic properties to ice, which prevent the
cracking and breaking of ice. It also gives a smooth, shiny and
attractive appearance to the Glazed IQF shrimp.
GlazEx-Plus: Is a mixture of Organic acids and chelating agents which
when added to water, imparts elastic properties to ice, which prevent
the cracking and breaking of ice. It also gives a smooth, shiny and
attractive appearance to the Glazed IQF shrimp.
G&H Marinade: ANC Garlic and Herb Powdered Marinade is used for the
flavor addition to packaged frozen shrimp products. It is a free
flowing powder added at 5-7% w/w shrimp and Australian Made with Local
and Imported Ingredients.
Other Marinades: Able to produced to flavour profile desired. Examles
are:
Lemon & butter
Ginger
Mint + lemon
Black pepper
Lemon & Chili
Lemon & Ginger
Bourbon barbecue
Extractazym Pro 6L, Extractazym Pro 7L, Extractazym Pro 8L, Extractazym
Pro 40L, Extractazym Pro 51FP: For applications to Fish Oil and Meal
production including Stick water processing, Extraction of PKO and Soya
Applications.
