We take organic sea salt and low smoke it over Apple wood or Maple
wood to give it a unique smokiness and golden colour.
It is available in ready to use salt grinders and re-fill tubes as well
as in bulk from 1kg to 1 ton.Ideal for sprinkling over meals or
cooking with or using as a rub on fish
