ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are Malaysian manufacturers of Insulated Plastic
Multi-use Fish Containers for use in the Food Processing, Fisheries &
Ice Cubes industries. Our Insulated Containers are made from virgin
material Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) and the insulating agent
is Polyurethane (PU). Our company name is Ocean Roto Moulding Sdn. Bhd.
Our boxes are strong, durable, easy to maintain and keeps cool longer.
The high-impact one piece seamless double-walled moulded PE box is
lightweight, easy to handle and transport. But, most importantly, our
prices are reasonable.
Our models start from the small 50 litres to the large 1000 litres. They
are designed with hand grip ends (for smaller models) and 2-way and
4-way pallet (for large models).
The main reasons for having an Insulated Fish Container on the factory
floor or on board fishing vessels and other types of transportation are;
• For easy handling (less frequency of handling of fish) and the
protection of the fish from damage thereby reducing wastage.
• To maintain freshness and fish quality by ensuring low ice-melting
rates as a result of reduced heat infiltration through container’s
insulated walls.
• To make longer fishing trips possible and to improve fish handling
therefore leading to better quality fish for the market resulting in
better prices for the fishermen.
Ocean Roto Moulding Sdn. Bhd. has been in operation for about three
years and is managed by people who has been in the Fisheries and Plastic
Moulding Manufacturing business for more than ten years. Presently, we
are supplying to markets in Indonesia, Australia, USA, South America,
Vietnam, Singapore and Europe. and we have more than 100 employees
running our machines.
