Smo-King Ovens has been the leading manufacturer of commercial smoke
ovens in Sydney for fifteen years and has product installed in
Australia, new Zealand, Asia, Europe, Africa and Central America being
used for hot and cold smoking fish, meat and poultry. We are also a
