ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Dunnet Bay Salmon operate an ancient bag-net salmon station in the far North of Scotland- in fact we are the most northerly active salmon station on mainland Scotland. We market all our own superior fish selling across the UK, Europe and The Far East.

Fresh Product:
Wild Scottish Salmon (salmo salar)- a far superior and much sought after product compared to the mass-produced "farmed" version!

We catch our "genuine wild" salmon from the clear waters surrounding the Pentland Firth using a bag-netting technique which produces unmarked and non-bruised fish of unrivalled quality.

In the interests of conservation we also operate a voluntary six week postponement to the start of our annual season to help protect the more fragile spring stocks.

We are also now part of a carcass tagging scheme where each of our wild fish are tagged to ensure legality, traceability and quality.

Brand Names:
Dunnet Bay Salmon

Certifications:
EC approved
HACCP
