ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Cepromar SA owns and operates fish processing facilities in Ecuador
- South America (FAO-87). Operating under plant number EU-677, Cepromar
is EU, Rosselkhoznadzor (Russia), and FDA compliant. The company’s main
products are Hake (Merluccius Gayi), Oilfish (Lepidocybium Flavobrunneum),
Mahi Mahi and Yellowfin Tuna. Other products include Moonfish (Selene
Peruviana), Mackarel (Scompber Japonicus), Butterfish (Peprilus Medius)
and Bullet Tuna (Auxis Rochei). Cepromar knows fish, fresh and frozen -
with over 25 years in the fish business, we are a reliable and
professional source of Ecuadorian fish products.
Fresh Product:
Tuna, Swordfish, Oilfish and Mahi Mahi, mainly for Restaurant and
Supermarket Channels The company also packages and exports Pelagic fish
such as Pacific Moonfish, South Pacific Hake, and Pacific Harvest fish.
Frozen Product:
On the frozen side we provide CO treated saku, loins, steaks, and ground
tuna. For frozen escolar (oil fish) our products include saku and
loins), and Mahi (based on your request), butter fish, and, mackarel.
