All seafarers are experienced and have appropriate diplomas and certificates in accordance with STCW 78/95 Convention. All seafarers have knowledge of English, which is sufficient for professional and everyday communication.

Each seafarer is thoroughly screened to verify experience, competence and fitness to forthcoming job, and previous experience and performance appraisal are checked with former employers. Seafarers' seagoing documents are undergone authenticable verification at State Inspectorate. Our company provides Principals with well-educated and competent seafarers from a single seaman to a complete crew for all types of vessels, including Bulkers, Containers, Ro-Ro, Passengers, Tankers, Chemical Tankers, LPG and Multipurpose vessels as well as for Offshore Platforms, Dredgers, Drilling Rigs, AHTS etc.

Before joining a vessel on-signing crews familiarize with Safety Management System and Policies of our Clients' Companies and are duly briefed by superintendents to comply with the requirements of specific one.
