ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Odyssey Maritime Ltd is a crew manning agency providing professional
and experienced vessel personnel with the knowledge to successfully and
cost effectively operate our clients' vessels and understand the
changing maritime environment.
The company is located in Varna – Bulgaria’s maritime educational,
training, shipping and shipbuilding center.
We provide dynamic manning solutions for vessel owners and managers. We
believe in hiring people who care about the vessel’s mission and are
proud to be a part of the company they work for. The Odyssey Maritime
Crew Management team recruits and maintains an extensive pool of
competent and professional candidates who are carefully selected to
ensure compliance with STCW-95, ISM, ISPS and flag state requirements.
We offer crew members according to client’s requirements, creating
highly qualified teams that work together to get the job done and
guarantee the safety of the vessel and environment.
The Odyssey Maritime Crewing Team oversees the day-to-day crewing and
logistical aspects of vessel crewing such as: Recruitment, Training and
Licensing, Travel and Logistics, Medical and Benefit Plan
