friendly, leaving no harmful residues on your product. Bacsafe™ is
designed to protect your product during harvest, processing and
transportation. It is highly effective against a broad spectrum of
microorganisms (bacteria, fungi and viruses). BacSafe reduces bio-films,
cross-contamination, spoilage and off-odors, and does NOT change the
taste, texture, color or nutritional value. Its' efficacy is achieved
with a lower concentration of antimicrobial agents.
