ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Therion International, LLC is the leader in providing DNA testing
services for aquaculture and the seafood marketplace. Applications
include seafood species identification (quality assurance,
traceability), broodstock population genetics, strain characterization
and the identification of genetic markers linked to preferred production
traits or genetic disorders. Our staff of scientists have successfully
worked with well over 500 species/strains of animals in the past 20
years, including species of conch, crayfish, grouper, salmon, shrimp,
snapper, striped bass, threadfin, tilapia, trevally and tuna, etc. |
